Sustainability made easy at Wendell Falls

In honor of Earth Day, our partner Myatt Landscaping is sponsoring a build-your-own flower pot arrangement event at The Grove on April 25 from 4 to 6 PM while supplies last. The event will be first come, first served.
On May 18th, the HOA will be hosting a community-wide yard sale! We are thrilled to announce that this year we are partnering with The Green Chair Project, an organization that serves families across Wake County facing the challenge of homelessness, crisis and disaster. When registering for the sale, consider donating items that meet their criteria to further support our community. It's entirely optional, but your contributions can make a significant difference in helping to reduce waste by keeping items out of landfills. The Brookfield Properties team recently volunteered at The Green Chair Project and were so impressed with the work they are doing in Wake County.
