On October 17 at 11 a.m., Wendell Falls, a master-planned community in eastern Wake County, will host a ground-breaking ceremony to launch construction on one of the longest trail systems in Wake County.

Dianne and I met with the Homes By Dickerson team recently, and they dropped some knowledge on us about their homebuilding process, design center, and more!
