Midtown Farmers’ Market
Coming up on its third year, this is one of the newer markets in the Raleigh Area. In the past their vendors have provided organic, sustainable vegetables, cheeses, fresh herbs, flowers, meats and specialty baked goods. However, this market looks to include both new and returning vendors, so we are beyond excited who joins them this coming season!
When you get to the market, be sure to take in all that it offers, but pay close attention to what fruits and vegetables are in season! Here is a great resource to use while looking for what’s fresh!
If you check out a market this spring, keep an eye out for radishes and asparagus and make this delicious shaved asparagus and radish salad to celebrate the flavors of spring!
