2018 Green Home Tour

The 2018 Green Home Tour, put on by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh - Wake County is coming to Wendell Falls!

This free, self guided tour "features innovative, high-performance and unique homes in various stages of construction." All of the homes built in Wendell Falls are ecoSelect certified (third party tested by Southern Energy management), so come learn about why our homes are different, and how they are putting money back into your pockets.
